FAQ's of Binocular Inverted Tissue Culture Microscope:

Q: How does the mechanical X-Y stage movement assist in tissue culture observations?

A: The mechanical X-Y stage movement, enhanced with precision vernier controls, allows users to smoothly navigate and position culture vessels for detailed examination. This ensures accurate monitoring and imaging of live cells or tissues in petri dishes and flasks during observation.

Q: What types of vessels can be accommodated on the microscope's stage?

A: The large rectangular opening of the stage, along with the universal holder, is designed to fit a wide range of vessels including petri dishes and culture flasks, making it suitable for diverse tissue culture and live cell applications.

Q: When is this microscope most beneficial for laboratory use?

A: This microscope proves most advantageous during routine or prolonged live cell and tissue culture studies, as its ergonomic build, anti-vibration features, and comfortable inclined binocular head minimize user fatigue during extended observation sessions.

Q: Where can a camera be attached for image or video documentation?

A: An optional camera can be mounted using a compatible adapter on the standard optical interface, allowing users to capture images or record videos of observed specimens for documentation or analysis.

Q: What is the process for adjusting magnification and focus on this microscope?

A: Users can select the desired objective using the revolving quadruple nosepiece, switching between 4x, 10x, and 40x long working distance achromatic objectives. Both coarse and fine coaxial focus knobs are provided, allowing for smooth focus adjustments ranging from up to 15mm (coarse) to 0.002mm/division (fine).

Q: How does anti-fungal coating benefit the optical system?

A: The anti-fungal coated optics safeguard the lenses and internal components from fungal contamination, particularly important in humid lab environments, maintaining the clarity and longevity of the microscope's visual performance.

Q: What spare parts and accessories are included with the microscope?
